THIS WILL BE CHECKED AGAINST YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ON BOOKING. THIS IS A NECESSARY REQUIREMENT DUE TO US IMPROVING THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

The Liverpool Reptile Rescue has a dedicated Reptile Boarding Service which enables us to look after your animals whilst you are on holiday!
Our facility has vivariums and various racks to cover all your animals boarding requirements. From chameleons through to tortoises, we can meet all your pets needs.
Situated at the rear of the building, in a private area, the new boarding area is ideally placed, providing comfort, privacy and security. We know how precious your animals are to you and provide them with the best possible care.
Whatever animals you have we can now board them for you in our custom boarding facility, offering you complete peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
Before your animal is placed into our boarding facility it will be examined for any signs of stress and/or illness. If we feel that your animal is not healthy enough we will reject it as we cannot risk the health of other boarders.
During the holiday period you are advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
By using our boarding service you are agreeing to the terms & conditions stated in this document and any document relating to the service.
The terms & conditions in this document are applicable to all animals/customers accepted into our service.The terms & conditions in this document are applicable to any animals boarded with The Liverpool Reptile Rescue C.I.C.
Due to a large number of bookings regularly, we are offering our service to our customers to try to provide a slot every time you go away!
On checking in your animal, you will be required to give your customer account number. If you are a regular customer without an account, we will ask for your full details on checking in. Bookings can not be taken by persons under the age of 18.
You will be required to complete a form for every animal which you check in with us in order for contact details to be checked and any additional information to be noted. We will also perform a visual health check of the animals and reserve the right to cancel your booking as stated below. You will be required to sign a boarding document.
All boarding charges must be paid on the booking or checking in of your animal/s into our boarding facility.
We reserve the right to change the cost of your boarding or refuse to board your on checking in, if your animal is not as stated on original booking. E.g requires larger vivarium, additional care, UV etc.
Boarding is charged per animal per day, not per vivarium. This is due to the individual care which we give your animal during its stay with us.
We are happy to take in animal/s who have special or additional requirements such as (but not entirely); administering medication (non-infectious animals), Bathing, Additional spraying, Handling, Additional feeding, Exercising etc.
You MUST mention any specific requirements/ailments when making your booking, and again when checking in your animal to our facility.
We are not able to board any animals who have infectious diseases, mites, respiratory infections etc. We reserve the right to cancel your booking on checking in your animal to our facility, if your animal appears to be in ill health which was not mentioned at the time of booking.
Although we will try our best to administer any medications which you bring for your animal, please be reminded that we are not veterinary trained.
Any animals left in the facility with no instruction will be rehomed accordingly. Due to animals being left in our care in the past, we are now only accepting payment for boarding on booking or checking in of your animal. Customers will be contacted prior to these arrangements. Please make sure you leave your most recent contact number with us.
If additional days are required, notice must be given on or before your original return date. You can let us know by Telephone, Email, or through our website.
