We charge for each and every rescue, we also charge a pickup fee. This helps to keep us running, feeding and getting rescued animals into a new home. Please click on the tabs below describing your situation.

Business Rescue


Do you have an unwanted animal in your toilet, maybe in the office? We will come out to your place of business and catch them or collect them. 

These may be wild animals.

We offer the following with this service;

  • Collection of the reptile or appointment for drop off
  • The capture of the reptile
  • Assessment of reptiles health by vet
  • Assessment of the reptiles temperament
  • Re-homing of the reptile

This is to cover the cost of catching and/or relocation of the animal or taking an animal in this includes the following cost.

  • Electric
  • Feeding
  • Medical Treatments
  • Care
  • Finding Owner

Rescue Fee £40 Per Animal

Private Rescues

 Sometimes people buy an animal and they get out and sometimes enters other peoples properties.

We offer the following;

  • Collection of the reptile or Appointment for drop off
  • Assessment of reptiles health by vet
  • Assessment of the reptiles temperament
  • Re-homing of the reptile

We charge a fee recuperate the cost of taking an animal in this includes the following cost.

  • Electric
  • Feeding
  • Medical Treatments
  • Care

Private Surrenders

 Sometimes people buy an animal with information provided to them. Some reptiles require a lot of work and at times work, family or other situations can arise. 

Due to your pet being voluntary surrendered you will be placed on the waiting list. 


We offer the following;
  • Collection of the reptile or Appointment for drop off
  • Assessment of reptiles health by vet
  • Assessment of the reptiles temperament
  • Re-homing of the reptile


We charge a fee recuperate the cost of taking an animal in this includes the following cost.

Low Incomes

Are you on benefits

We understand times can be hard and the protection of the animal is our main concern, if you are on the following, or you think you should be entitled to our services for free.

We only accept;

  • ESSA
  • JSA
  • DLA
  • PIP
  • Housing benefit


If you are on any other benefit and think you are entitled please use or contact center.

We do ask for any donations of equipment to go with the reptile.

Any and all areas out of the above catchment area will be charged a flat rate fee;


£20.00 charge for 30 miles or less.*

£30.00 charge for 31 miles or more.*

Please note so our clients are prioritised according to there situation we have the following rescue procedure.

  1. Contact us
    1. If a Surrender Rescue, you will be placed on the waiting list, this is until we have the resources to take your pet in. 
    2. If a Business or Private Rescue we will take your details and come out to you as soon as possible.
  2. If you are on the waiting list and space becomes available we will contact you to inform you we are able to take in the animal and arrange a time to collect.
  3. Please note you will need to sign a form to relinquish or surrender the animal to us.

We are a Community Interest Company, A community interest company (CIC) is a type of company introduced by the United Kingdom government in 2005 under the Companies (Audit, Investigations and Community Enterprise) Act 2004, designed for social enterprises that want to use their profits and assets for the public good.[1] CICs are intended to be easy to set up, with all the flexibility and certainty of the company form, but with some special features to ensure they are working for the benefit of the community.


We help the community with the constant struggle for people on benefits or no incomes in the local community afford to keep the animals and also provide the means to keep their animal healthy. We extend our services to the surrounding areas too. We use all profits to help the animals and the community with there pets.
